SEX GOOD FOR HEALTH

Info kesihatan....tapi yang ni 18sx tau…narrow minded people are not allow to read this info...takut tersalah erti....

Info ni bagi pasangan2 yang dah berkahwin adalah paling sesuai...yg belum tu, sniri pk.....

Makcik satu:  hangpa gatai na, belum kawin hangpa dah story2 pasai ni, mcm hangpa tu terar sgt.....

Kami:  bukan pa makcik, info ni kami boleh ambil sebagai panduan dan pengetahuan....

Kajian juga mendapati, orang dewasa yang memulakan hari dengan cara ini adalah lebih sihat dan lebih ceria daripada orang dewasa yang hanya minum teh secawan dan sekeping dua roti sebelum keluar dari rumah….

Cara ni jugak boleh mengurangkan kesejukan yang membawa kepada selsema…selain dari tu, ianya baik utk rambut, kulit dan kuku......mcm tak caya kan?

"Having sex in the morning releases the feel-good chemical oxytocin, which makes couples feel loving and bonded all day long.” 

“It makes you stronger and more beautiful too: Morning sex can strengthen your immune system for the day by enhancing your levels of IgA, an antibody that protects against infection.”

"And it releases chemicals that boost levels of oestrogen, which improves the tone and texture of your skin and hair."

Research dari Queens University in Belfast
“Having sex three times a week could halve the risk of heart attack or stroke.”

Research from Nottingham University:
“Men who kept up a regular sex life in their 50s were also at lower risk of developing prostate cancer.”


Amalkan cara hidup sihat dengan cara yang betul dan dengan orang yang betul…as for me, info2 mcm ni ada gunanya...boleh mengeratkan perhubungan suami isteri dan meningkatkan tahap kesihatan kita....

sapa yg lum kawin tu, esok2 dah kawin boleh la amalkan...skang ni, korang jogging la dlu, tak pun pi berenang ke, main bola ke, rock climbing ke....supaya kite kekal sihat sepanjang masa....


aku bile nk bersenam ni? tak pe lah balik kang kemas rumah, sapu lantai, basuh baju....dah lama aku tak mengemas, umah dah mcm sarang kucing nk beranak bak kata mak aku....huhuhu
